New Year's Eve Boat Hire in Sydney (2025/26)

We offer both private hire vessels and ticketed options available across a large range of boats in the lead up to New Year's Eve in Sydney. In our portfolio we have around:

● 20 NYE Packages for Ticketed Options

● $4,000 - $10,000 for small boats (4-12 guests)
● $11,000 - $20,000 for catamarans (20-45 guests)
● $21,000 - $55,000 for yachts (20-45 guests)
● $55,000 - $115,000 for superyachts (20-40 guests)

With various other motorboat options in between.

● $700 - $800pp for catamarans (30 guests)
● $850 - $1,000pp for larger vessels (40-250 guests)
● $1,100 - $1,250pp for very large function vessels (300-500 guests)
● $2,000 for superyachts (50-60 guests)

Catering for private hire: Cheaper option are largely BYO food and drink, with more expensive packages being either fully catered or catered with free BYO alcohol.

Catering ticketed options: These are typically always fully catered with the cheaper options allowing free BYO alcohol.

Food & drink: Typically canapes follow by a buffet style set up for food. Beer, wine, sparkling and soft drinks are drink choices.

Licensed bar: The larger ticketed vessels will often have a bar to purchase drinks, giving you a larger choice of options.

Duration: Most NYE boat experiences are from around 5-7 hours and start around 6pm.

Wharf pickup/drop-off: For larger vessels typically the CBD wharfs will be used. Smaller vessels may drop at further away wharfs such as Rose Bay.

Family fireworks: Many people are unaware but you can actually book for just the family fireworks at 9pm - a great option if you have kids.

Late finish: Even though the event will end around 1am, it can take until 2am even 3am before you can get dropped off.

Book early: People typically start booking their events from July onwards. Some even book immediately after NYE on NYD to lock in their experience for the next year. The best private options go quickly - with ticketed you'll have more time.

Logistics: With a lot of foot traffic around, make sure you plan your journey so you don't miss the boat. And also plan how you are getting home afterwards.
